</strong>4 tubos de vidro com tampa  de  rosca, tam. 16x150mm com meio cultura Lowenstein-Jensen (LJ) + KNO<sub>3 </sub>(Nitrato de Potássio) com os fármacos SIRE e 3 tubos controle com LJ+KNO<sub>3</sub>.</p>
<p><strong>FINALIDADE</strong><br />
Avaliar a sensibilidade do <em>M. tuberculosis</em> frente aos fármacos de primeira linha, estreptomicina (S), isoniazida (I), rifampicina (R) e etambutol (E) – SIRE, por meio do método da Nitratase/NRA<em>.</em></p>
